In this project we investigate how the integration of new technologies at work affects core aspects of work (like autonomy, task variety and social interaction) and in turn employees’ well-being, motivation and performance.  By gaining insight into these dynamics we aim to contribute to developing work environments that successfully balance technological advancement with employee well-being.
