This theme explores how emotions and hormonal changes affect thinking, self-control, and motivation at work. We study how these factors help employees handle stress, manage their emotions, and stay focused, reducing risks like burnout and presenteeism. Key questions include: How does managing emotions help maintain motivation under stress? How do hormonal changes, like those during the menstrual cycle, influence performance and workplace behavior? By understanding these processes, we can identify what supports motivation and well-being in different situations.
