The transition from studies to work is an important step in the career of young workers. The pressure to perform well and pursue a successful career does not seem to be without consequences for young workers’ well-being. What factors promote and hinder a successful transition to work? This research line focuses on the role of personal demands, such as high levels of perfectionism. For instance, can we reduce personal demands via interventions, to promote a higher level of well-being?
